Butter Cookies

These are so easy to make and very good! Not super sweet, and they're snappy and crumbly. You can customize this recipe however you like.

Makes 12 small cookies
Ingredients:‎‎‎‎‎‎
45g of powdered sugar
75g of butter
100g of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of milk

Cream the butter and sugar together until well incorporated, then add the flour little by little until you have a dough. Use a tablespoon of milk to thin it out. It's a really soft dough and it needs to be pipeable.

Fill a piping bag with this dough and pipe it onto a baking tray, bake at 180°c/350°f until golden, this doesn't take too long. Keep an eye on em. Let cool and enjoy!

You can add whatever you want as decoration, like sprinkles and stuff. I like to drizzle melted chocolate on top, they're great like that for a little afternoon snack.
