One-pot Tuna Pasta
Here's an easy lunch that requires minimal cleanup. I'm sure you can do this with other protein but tuna is easier because you don't have to pre-cook it.
TEXTURE WARNING!! It's goop. Well not really, because the pasta gives it a bit of bite. But for a pasta, it's quite goopy.

Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 large tomatoes
1 onion
4 cloves of garlic
Half a cup of tomato passatta
1 can of tuna
2 cups of fusilli pasta (or any shape you want lol)
1 tsp of paprika
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp of chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop half of the onion and 3 cloves of garlic into fine pieces. Grab a medium saucepan or pot and fry the onions and garlic in oil. While it's frying, blend the tomatoes with the other half of the onion and the remaining clove of garlic until smooth, and add it to the pot when the garlic and onions are fragrant and translucent.

Add your tomato passatta and your seasonings. If you want to add different seasonings then go ahead. It's your pasta you can do what you want. Let this cook, and when it breaks into a simmer add your tuna. I usually buy tuna in water but you can also do this with tuna in oil. You don't have to strain it, just open the can and add the contents of it into the pot. mix it a bit so that it breaks up into chunks. Then you're gonna take the empty can, fill it with water and add that water to the pot. Since we're cooking the pasta here you need that extra water.

Add in your pasta of choice, and from here on out you're gonna want to keep an eye on it and stir frequently so that it doesn't stick. If you see that it needs extra water, keep adding it and stir. Cook until the pasta is al dente.

Garnish with parsley or pepper or whatever you want, or don't garnish it at all, and serve.
