My Custom 'Hood
My custom neighborhood is named Beach Harbor, I made the map myself using SimCity 4 and it uses the dirt terrain (MY FAVORITE). It started out with 6 families, 5 of which had teens in them because they're the life stage I enjoy playing the most. Here are the families, in their initial state (AKA when I started playing).

Carmen is very proud of her boy Nick... Even if she wishes he'd make himself useful and help around the house. Nick spends his days painting, listening to hip hop, rollerskating at the beach and trying and failing to go on dates.

Jackie has moved to the small town of Beach Habor to live with her older brother Andy while their parents work overseas for the next few years. She isn't all that bothered by it though, she loves the beach and is using this time learning how to surf. She's trying to get her brother to get out of the house and meet new people, because she thinks he's lonely.

Runaways Household

Diana recently quit her medical job to pursue her true passion: Journalism. Her teenage daughter Nayeli is going through an alternative phase, even if she's very loved by her mother. Her younger son Lorenzo is thankfully doing well in school, but if he brings her another weird bug as a gift she's going to faint. Thankfully her sister Karina is there to help her. Even if her cooking sucks and her advice sucks even more.

Updates
As of making this page, I've played four rotations.
A small rundown of what's happened since I started playing: Andrea and Lani started hooking up again, Gamma mastered the creativity skill, Mitch and Nayeli went steady, Nick went steady with Shane, Deap C. Diver died of old age, leaving the underground cabin alone and allowing the runaways to break into it. Ty went on a dinner date with Dennis and immediately dropped dead right after, one day before aging up too :( Nayeli, Jackie and Dennis went to college. Mitch, Suzanne and Nikki did not. Carmen started dating Danielle. Mitch and Nayeli broke up after aging up and going their separate ways. Neither of them are friends with Dennis anymore, and Suzanne hates his guts as well. Andy got abducted by aliens. Lorenzo, Adhira, Agatha and both child townies all aged up into teens. Zarina died of old age and it forced Dennis to drop out of college so he could take care of his sisters. Nikki and Suzanne moved to the shack and immediately made it catch fire, and then they died. UGH!
